The legal entity ICFIRM - LLC Rehabilitation Center "ORGA" - was created in August 2022. It was founded by one of the nominees of the Kadyrov family, Salman Muslimov. A month after this, the company was transferred to the mother-in-law of the head of Chechnya, Zalpa Aidamirov. Aidamirova owned the company until June 20 of this year, when she transferred it to her granddaughter Hedi Kadyrova.

ICFIRM provided full financial statements only this year. According to it, over the previous year the center’s revenue amounted to 96 million rubles, and profit was only 928 thousand rubles.

For 23-year-old Hedi Kadyrova, the rehabilitation center became her first business. At the same time, she holds a related post in the civil service - she works as deputy head of the secretariat of the head of Chechnya and oversees healthcare in the republic.
