The recruiting portal Superjob has published a ranking of the most popular employers according to Russian students and young professionals. As the authors of the list note, it was compiled on the basis of a comprehensive study of companies.
Thus, employers were ranked according to several criteria, including the popularity of the HR brand, the level of salary offers for specialists without experience and interns, as well as the availability of training programs, adaptation, organized internships and cooperation with universities.
The result of the analysis was a top list of companies by industry, including the civil service, as well as a consolidated single rating. The first place in it was taken by the Yandex company, whose brand popularity was rated by analysts at 15.2 points, followed by Sber with 10.7 points and Gazprom, which scored 8.6 points. The online marketplace OZON and T-Bank are in fourth and fifth place in the consolidated rating with results of 5.3 and 5.2 points, respectively. At the same time, all five leaders have all the programs listed above, but Sber has the “Above the market” mark in the “Salary level” column.
The Moscow government and the Federal Security Service were the highest in the “Civil Service” category in the overall list. The compilers rated the popularity of the brands of both departments as two points. At the same time, the Moscow mayor’s office noted the presence of all types of programs for young people and beginning professionals, and also has the “On the market” mark in the “Salary level” column. At the same time, the FSB has blanks in the column about salaries, as well as the availability of internships and training and adaptation programs.
