The court evicted Larisa Dolina from her apartment

The Moscow City Court satisfied the claims of Polina Lurie, who bought Larisa Dolina’s apartment in Khamovniki, and terminated the rights of Dolina and her family to use the housing, the court’s press service reported on December 25.

Earlier in December, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized the ownership of Polina Lurie, who bought the property from Larisa Dolina, who acted under pressure from fraudsters.

At the same time, the court sent the case of Dolina’s forced eviction from her apartment for reconsideration to the appellate court.

• Larisa Dolina sold her apartment under pressure from scammers in 2024. It was bought by 34-year-old Polina Lurie, who did not suspect anything about the scam.
• Initially, the court returned the apartment to Dolina and ruled that the singer should not return the money to the buyer. Lurie was left without real estate and money.
