The creators of humorous videos about Vitaly Nalivkin were sentenced to 6 years probation, the prosecutor's office intends to achieve real terms

In Primorye, the authors of a satirical series about the chairman of the executive committee of Ussuriysk, Vitaly Nalivkin, were convicted. Andrei Klochkov and Semyon Vavilov (Barakuda TV channel) each received 6 years of probation with a fine of 150 thousand rubles for a video in which an “official” allegedly prevents a terrorist attack by firing a fake “anti-tank grenade launcher” at a propaganda board of the United Russia party.

The film crew was tried under two serious charges: Part 3 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, with the use of explosive devices) and under Part 2 of Art. 223.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal production of explosive devices committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy). A criminal case was opened over a video released in 2021 after the State Duma elections and received more than 1.4 million views on YouTube. Of course, no one used any military weapons in the video; everything was purely fake.

However, the court, following the state prosecution, thought otherwise. “The court found that in September 2021, the convicts, acting by prior conspiracy, illegally manufactured two improvised explosive devices of the “explosive package” type based on a pyrotechnic composition. They used the manufactured devices to stage and shoot a provocative video. For this purpose, the attackers tied explosive devices to an election campaign banner and the Sady public transport stop on Shtabsky Street in Ussuriysk. By connecting electrical wires, they initiated an explosion, simulating a shot from a training RPG-7 grenade launcher,” the Primorye prosecutor’s office reported. The state prosecutor insisted on “real terms” with a fine.

There are rumors that the questions from law enforcement agencies to the creators of the series are related to a banal offense at sarcasm towards the authorities and the police.

Thus, amateur actress Larisa Krivonosova (she played the role of “official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ussuriysk region Marina Wolf,” a reference to the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk) received 10 days of arrest for “illegal wearing of a uniform,” and “Lieutenant Colonel Alexei Andreichenko” was fined a thousand rubles for the same thing - although under this article one can find fault with a good half of our filmmakers and Kaveenschikov. Andrei Neretin (played the role of Vitaly Nalivkin) was arrested for five days back in 2020, allegedly for obscene language (“petty hooliganism”).

Amateur actor Andrei Neretin died in 2024 after an exacerbation of chronic diseases; for a long time he was bedridden, underwent surgery (the whole world was preparing for it), after which he walked with a cane. Videos with Neretin have not been released since August 2022. The folk hero lived in a dilapidated barracks on the outskirts of Ussuriysk. Klochkov and Vavilov supported the SVO and began producing protective equipment for Russian soldiers. When Neretin died, the film crew arranged his grave and erected a small monument.

Barakuda recently started releasing videos again after a long break. The honest chairman of the executive committee was replaced by the honest police lieutenant colonel Alexey Andreichenko. He has already fought against tinting on car windows and organized “bilateral restitution” in the so-called “Dolina case” in Ussuriysk. In order to protect the pensioner, who sold her shack “for 16 million” and allegedly sued it from the buyer, from the actions of fraudsters in the future, Andreichenko broke down the door and “sealed the apartment” together with the granny.
