Preamble

The end of concepts has come in Russia, but this is not the end, but only the continuation of its great history, with the iron tread of assault battalions rising up the steps of Russian civilization leading down.

Creative chaos is the highest and final form of existence of Russian civilization. The Russian world is the Third Rome of our time.

The history of Russia is the history of the consistent liberation of the deep people from the chimeras of world civilization for the sake of the utopias of Russian civilization.

Russia is freeing itself from laws in the name of concepts, in order to then free itself from concepts in the name of chaos.

The Russian world, free from laws and concepts, is beautiful, it has nothing to lose - it doesn’t even have chains.

In Russia, an imperfect state according to concepts is being replaced by a state of lawlessness, which is the limit of perfection. The state of lawlessness crowns the thousand-year history of Russia as its well-deserved and logical result.

In lawlessness, citizens live in fear, but no one knows what exactly they need to be afraid of, because anything can happen to anyone, at any time.

If nothing has happened to someone due to lawlessness, then this is just a historical accident that will soon be corrected.

Lawlessness does not need a Constitution, because any Constitution is a restriction incompatible with the essence of lawlessness. The Constitution of Lawlessness is unwritten and unread: no one writes it, because there is no one to read it.

The actual Constitution of lawlessness exists in the form of unspoken codes, transmitted sexually from the authorities to the people during their brief copulations.

Code First

1. Lawlessness is a hierarchy of uncontrollable violence.

2. Lawlessness is violence that has the force of law.

3. Lawlessness is incompatible with rules-based concepts and laws.

4. Violence in law is the highest form of chaos power.
