The Elektrostal City Court decided to arrest 19-year-old Imomali Turdiev for two months, reports the press service of the Moscow Region Prosecutor's Office. A case has been opened against him for murder committed during a conflict on a bus in Fryazevo near Moscow.
According to the department, on the evening of January 18, a group of young people had a conflict due to a “suddenly arisen personal hostility” with a 19-year-old passenger. After getting off at a bus stop on Mira Street, the conflict escalated into a fight, during which the 19-year-old youth took out a knife and stabbed the victim in the neck and torso. Subsequently, despite emergency hospitalization, the victim died.
A video of the beginning of the conflict has spread online - it was published by the telegram channel Mash : based on it, it can be assumed that a group of young people insulted someone who was outside the frame. Mash writes that the gestures were directed at people near the bus on the street. At that time, Turdiev was standing nearby in the bus, and then intervened in the situation - after which a skirmish ensued.
According to the 112 telegram channel close to the security forces, the company “climbed towards the passengers, shouted offensive things at them and showed indecent gestures.” Turdiev stood up for the girls. After this, the parties to the conflict came out and a fight broke out.
The anti-fascist project “Antifa ru” claims that the deceased is Ilya “Kvass”, who in 2025, as part of a group of neo-Nazis, provoked participants in a memorial rally at the site of the murder of lawyer Stanislav Markelov and journalist Anastasia Baburova.
