According to investigators, in the fall of 2024, the organizers of the murder organized the delivery of bomb parts from Poland to Safaryan in Moscow. He hid them at home and then handed them over to the perpetrator of the terrorist attack, Kurbonov. He collected explosives, attached them to the scooter, and then detonated them remotely. Tochiev and Padiev helped him in the conspiracy.
