According to her, unknown people threatened her and the artist, demanding that the investigation into the apartment fraud case be stopped.

In the summer of 2024, Dolina reported that she sold a five-room apartment in the center of Moscow worth 112 million rubles under the influence of scammers who convinced her to transfer money to “safe accounts.” The court sided with the singer and decided to return the apartment to her. Buyer Polina Lurie twice tried to challenge this decision, but to no avail. Then she appealed to the Supreme Court, which at the end of December 2025 put an end to the protracted legal dispute.

He overturned the decisions of lower authorities and confirmed that Lurie is the legal owner of the property. After this, for a long time the new owner could not receive the keys from the previous owner. This story was accompanied by public outrage and a large-scale campaign to “cancel” Larisa Dolina.
