Ramzan Kadyrov met with Suleiman Kerimov. Previously, the head of Chechnya declared blood feud on him, now he called him “brother”
The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, on the evening of January 30, published a joint photo on his Telegram channel with the senator from Dagestan, businessman Suleiman Kerimov. In the photo they are standing next to each other, smiling and shaking hands.
“Had a fruitful meeting with Brother, Senator of the Russian Federation Suleiman Kerimov in Moscow. I believe that the people of Chechnya and the people of Dagestan are brothers, just like us. I wish you success in all your affairs and endeavors!” — Kadyrov wrote under the photo.
Ramzan Kadyrov in October 2024 declared blood feud against Suleiman Kerimov due to the fact that, according to the head of Chechnya, he, together with two State Duma deputies, ordered his murder.
Kadyrov announced this against the backdrop of a conflict in the Wildberries company. The head of Chechnya in this conflict supported the co-founder of Wildberries, Vladislav Bakalchuk, who, after a divorce from his wife Tatyana Kim, was left without a share in the business.
Against the background of the deal and the divorce of the Bakalchuks, a shooting occurred near the Wildberries head office in Moscow in September 2024. Two people were killed and seven people were injured.
Ramzan Kadyrov often calls his associates, high-ranking politicians and artists “brothers.”
