The technology company Nebius Group, created by Arkady Volozh, has agreed to buy the Israeli startup Tavily, a software developer that allows artificial intelligence agents to search for relevant information.
As Bloomberg reported on February 10, citing a source, Nebius will pay $275 million for Tavily. As part of the deal, Tavily founder and CEO Rotem Weiss, along with the entire project team, will join Nebius.
