In Ukrainian cities and in the Russian Belgorod region, thousands of people are deprived of light and heat as a result of mutual shelling. While peace talks talk about a “new world order,” the fundamental foundations of life are being destroyed. Water, warmth and light are not politics, but the minimum conditions of human existence. Give them back to the people!
