The Syktyvkar City Court fined rapper Gio Pika 10 thousand rubles under the article on inciting hatred (Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code). The Komi prosecutor's office reports this.
“A man who composes songs on criminal themes and performs them under the name Gio Pica, publicly posted a musical composition on the VKontakte social network with negative, strongly abusive language, and an assessment of a group of people united under the heading of ‘law enforcement officers,’” the prosecutor’s office said in a release.
Baza writes that the reason for the protocol was the song “Black Zone”. It contains the following lines: “A black zone somewhere in a black forest / Under the creaking of armored bunks / Here they will piss up garbage / They enter by knocking / To find out something / There is no place for bitches / There is no life for wands here.”
