The son drank with his mother and threw her out the window

A 39-year-old resident of Sterlitamak will appear in court. He is accused of killing his own mother “due to a domestic conflict,” reports the investigative department of the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Bashkortostan.

“The investigation established that on the evening of November 30, 2025, the defendant was at his place of residence in a dormitory room on Khudaiberdina Street, where he and his 60-year-old mother drank alcohol,” the department wrote.

During the feast, the man asked his mother to take custody of his two children. A few days earlier, they were seized and placed in a social institution. However, the woman did not fulfill her son’s request. During the discussion, they had a conflict, which was accompanied by mutual insults.

The defendant then picked up the woman and threw her out of the sixth floor window of an apartment building. The 60-year-old woman died on the spot from her injuries.

“During the investigation, sufficient evidence was collected confirming the deliberate nature of the defendant’s actions. The necessary forensic examinations, inspections of the crime scene and interrogations of witnesses were carried out. Under the weight of the collected evidence, the man admitted guilt in his crime,” noted the press service of the Investigative Directorate for the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Currently, the criminal case has been sent to court for consideration on the merits. The man faces up to 15 years in prison for murder (Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code).
