A man in Temryuk was fined under the article on “discrediting” the army for the words “people like you have deprived me of my home”, said in a doctor’s office

The Temryuk District Court in the Krasnodar Territory fined a man 30 thousand rubles under the article of “discrediting” the army. The resolution , which Mediazona drew attention to, states that the reason for administrative prosecution was his words spoken in the office of a narcologist.

From the protocol on the administrative offense it follows that this happened “in the presence of people and third parties” in the building of the Central District Hospital of the Temryuk District. There, the narcologist told the man that in order to undergo the final medical commission, he needed to get an answer from a psychiatrist and narcologist in the Kherson region, or go through them in Krasnodar.

The resolution states that “this red tape” caused “negative emotions” in the patient, after which he began to speak out “regarding the politics of Russia and Ukraine,” including saying the words: “People like you have deprived me of my home.”

Details about the man’s origins are partially anonymized in the resolution, but in the leaks it was possible to find a person with matching known data. He was born in the Berislavsky district of the Kherson region - this territory was under Russian occupation from March to November 2022. According to the same data, the man received a Russian passport in 2023.
