Russia attacked Lutsk and Khmelnitsky with drones
On the night of April 1, the Russian military attacked Ukraine with attack drones. It was mainly the western regions of Ukraine that were under attack. Drone hits and fires were reported in Lutsk and Khmelnitsky.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, Russia fired 339 drones overnight, which is more than usual. They allegedly managed to shoot down about 300. The Russian military strikes have not yet been commented on.
In Lutsk, according to local authorities, the attack hit the terminal of the Novaya Poshta company, as well as food warehouses. A fire also broke out in a multi-storey residential building. No injuries were reported.
In Khmelnitsky, an industrial facility was damaged as a result of the strike, and a fire also broke out there. The enterprise was also damaged in the Poltava region, one person was injured there. In Nikopol, three people were injured when a drone hit a car. In total there are 11 victims in the city.
