Primorye authorities reported on the work of Stukachat for the first three months of 2026

The Primorye Anti-Terrorism Commission summed up the work of the “Oper Writes” chatbot for the first quarter of 2026. It works on Telegram, where you can complain about illegal migrants, illegal possession of weapons, and also about suspicious citizens or, for example, comments on the Internet. Well, in general, snitch on those who, in your opinion, are “enemies of the people” (this formulation is used quite often in the official TG channel). According to the department, Primorye residents wrote almost 430 messages - as emphasized, anonymous (in fact, not, of course).

Since the beginning of the year, according to messages from the chatbot, three criminal cases on terrorism have already been sent to court (one of them against a citizen of Uzbekistan), five on extremism, two on sabotage. It is specified that the saboteurs worked “on instructions from the Ukrainian special services.”

Antiterror of Primorye recently spoke about one of the residents of the region who financed the Armed Forces of Ukraine and donated to FBK* in its telegram channel. The man was sentenced to 14 years in a maximum security colony and a fine of 150 thousand rubles under Part 1 of Art. 282.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - “Financing of extremist activities” and Art. 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - “Treason”.

A total of 15 “crimes of a terrorist nature” were identified, the commission reported, and 12 of an extremist nature.

In February, for example, as a result of calls to the chatbot, 55 people were brought to administrative responsibility (48 are migrants; they are checked, for example, at construction sites), a criminal case was opened for treason, and two cases for extremism were opened. But in general, “Oper Writes” has been working tirelessly since November 2023. In the first months, the chatbot accepted thousands of anonymous messages, then - 300-400. Lately the passions have subsided and, to be fair, there have been fewer messages.

Note that the chatbot works great in “blocked” Telegram. All news is checked by the police or the FSB, and criminal or administrative cases are quickly opened. The national messenger does not have the same tool, obviously for reasons of greater efficiency of the resource.
