
On the night of April 29, Russian troops attacked several regions of Ukraine. In total, according to the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, 171 drones were launched, of which 154 were neutralized.
The Odessa region was subjected to a massive attack: a hospital and residential buildings were damaged, and a fire broke out in the Danube Biosphere Reserve. According to the head of the regional administration Oleg Kiper, two people were injured: a 47-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman.
The district hospital received significant damage: in particular, the emergency department was completely destroyed. Keeper added that medical staff and patients were in shelter at the time of the attack.
At night, drones also attacked Kharkov and its suburbs. According to the regional prosecutor's office, six people were injured. As a result of the attack, residential buildings, cars and outbuildings were damaged.
In the Sumy region, the Shostka community was attacked. “They targeted houses where civilians live. As a result of the attack, large-scale fires started in the residential sector,” said the head of the regional administration, Oleg Grigorov. According to him, a 65-year-old resident of one of the houses died due to carbon monoxide poisoning.
