The UK imposed sanctions against the head of Rosmolodezh Grigory Gurov and the military-patriotic center “Warrior”

Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, UK authorities have imposed sanctions against a further 85 individuals and legal entities. This was reported on the website of the country's Ministry of Finance.

According to the list, the restrictions included politicians from the occupied Ukrainian territories - in particular, the Minister of Youth Policy of the LPR Yulia Velichko, the former first deputy minister of education and science of the LPR Dmitry Shevchenko, the deputy from the DPR Maxim Shvets and the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Kherson region Irina Kravchenko.

Sanctions were also imposed against Russian officials, such as Grigory Gurov, head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), and Nadezhda Boltenko, Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Novosibirsk Region. The restrictions will also affect the chief of staff of the Yunarmiya movement, Vladislav Golovin.

In addition to them, the list included organizations related to children and youth. Among them are the Elochka children's home, the Zhemchuzhina children's camp, the Solnechnaya Tavrika state unitary enterprise, the Kazakevich children's camp and the Rossiya boarding house, located in Crimea.

The restrictions also included Sevastopol State University and the Warrior Center for Military Sports Training and Patriotic Education of Youth. As it was emphasized earlier in the center itself, the mission of the project is “to prepare patriots of a new generation who love their Motherland and know how to defend it.”

The UK also included in the sanctions list the ANO Strategic Communications Caspian 2030, the Expert Institute for Social Research, the Center for the Study and Network Monitoring of the Youth Environment, the Russian Institute for Internet Development and the general director of the ANO Dialogue, Vladimir Tabak.
