"Shadow Tour". How Oksimiron copes with “Kremlin propaganda”

Oksimiron’s concerts are being held all over the world, despite the accusations of grooming and sexualized violence that were voiced in Nastya Krasilnikova’s podcast “The Robber’s Daughter” and received wide publicity. The demagogue, together with journalist Sofia Seliverstova, analyzes the situation with Oksimiron’s performances and the reactions of the venues where his concerts are to take place or have already taken place, and also talks about the methods by which the musician’s team, despite the scandal, negotiates these concerts.

In March 2025, the seventh season of journalist Nastya Krasilnikova’s podcast “The Robber’s Daughter” was released; in it, three women spoke about grooming and sexualized violence by rapper Oksimiron. All three began communicating with Miron Fedorov while they were minors, and the rapper was already over twenty years old.

During the creation of the “Creative Method” season, Krasilnikova asked Oksimiron for a comment, but neither he nor his representative responded. Shortly before the publication of the podcast, the rapper postponed his tour, according to him, due to illness and disappeared from the public sphere without commenting on the accusations.

In December 2025, Oksimiron released a new album, “Nationality: None,” in which he mentioned the accusations in one of the tracks, calling “rumors” about himself “jaundice.” Soon Oksimiron announced a world tour.

Blogger Pavla, who lives in Rotterdam, contacted the venue hosting Oksimiron in Haarlem, the Netherlands, to find out whether the administration knew about the charges against the musician. A representative from the site responded to the blogger that they were aware of the accusations, but Oksimiron’s manager called them part of a “propaganda campaign” organized in Russia because of the rapper’s anti-war position. The blogger wrote about this on her Instagram on May 10.

On this day, Oksimiron’s next concert took place in Warsaw, where journalist Sofia Seliverstova lives. A few days before the concert, she released a video on her Instagram about the rapper's tour. The demagogue spoke to her:

It has long been known that Oksimiron is on an international tour. There are a large number of fembloggers and femme organizations that should somehow respond. And there was an expectation that maybe Nastya Krasilnikova would also speak out [the journalist soon wrote about this - approx. ed. ]. But now it’s already the beginning of May - silence, although several concerts have passed.

I released a video for the concert in Warsaw because I live here - about how upset I am, nothing happens, no one says anything, no one does anything. And this is where the information push began. Pavla wrote to me just about this Kremlin propaganda: they say that all these accusations are in fact not independent journalism, but Putin himself is specifically digging up the poor unfortunate Oksimiron.

It all started with this, and then some kind of information wave began to spread. They started talking about it. Unfortunately, it seems to me, not enough, because there are large female bloggers who could have spoken out, but they didn’t.

On a pleasant note, the Feminist Anti-War Resistance made a statement and there was a small wave of pickets. Mash wrote that at the club in Paris, where Oksimiron’s concert took place, three girls, judging by the photo, came out with posters. I was able to confirm that I found one of the participants. Indeed, there they have such a small picket that self-organized.

Afterwards, my friends from other cities began to write to me. I know that such protests are now being planned, pickets near the venues of ongoing concerts.

I wrote a letter to all the venues: please note, you are hosting a person who is accused of this and that. Can you comment on this somehow? Out of twenty-five sites, five responded to me, it seems. The site in Budva said: please send all the details, we will definitely study and come to some decision. But they are still silent.

Venues either deny that they are hosting a concert, or say that they don’t know about such an artist - contact the promoters, or they hush up and don’t advertise the concerts themselves in any way. Such a shady tour. Oksimiron has targeted advertising on social networks, but not so large-scale for a major artist. And this is just my personal opinion, but it seems to me that this is also an indicator: he understands, there is pressure on him, there are claims against him. This whole scandal did not leave its mark on his reputation.

Later, I recorded another video where I talked about how I wrote to sites. And about forty minutes later I received a letter in the mail that my account was blocked due to suspicious activity. Now it is in the public domain, that is, you can go into it, watch videos, photos, but personally I do not have access to it.

On May 13, journalist Nastya Krasilnikova, author of the podcast “The Robber’s Daughter,” wrote in her Telegram channel:

I was recently asked how I feel about Oksimiron touring. I replied that I didn’t feel anything. But now I feel: awkwardness and shame.

I wanted to hope that people who declared values ​​similar to mine would have the dignity to take responsibility for their own actions. I was wrong. But I didn’t want to assume that instead of talking about accusations of exploiting teenagers, I would receive accusations that my work is part of “Kremlin propaganda.” Life, as usual, is more intricate than cinema.

Many media outlets wrote about Oksimiron’s tour and the reaction of the venues, however, apart from the speeches of journalists and several small actions that Sofia Seliverstova spoke about, the rapper’s position has not changed significantly: concerts have already been held in 10 countries, with 16 more ahead, the closest of which will be held in England, Belgium and the Netherlands.
