The administrator of the public page “Central Committee of Psychonauts”, who published an offensive meme with Zelensky, was fined for the comment “Glory to Ukraine, bitch”

On May 19, the Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow fined the administrator of the community with the “Central Committee of Psychonauts” memes on VKontakte, Vasily Kuzmin (Vasily Cromagnontsev), under the protocol of “discrediting” the army, Mediazona noted.

Kuzmin was charged with the comment “glory to Ukraine, bitch,” which he wrote on January 30, 2023 to a meme he published with a portrait of Vladimir Zelensky and the inscription “The ass is rotting $ heads.”

The police did not take into account Kuzmin’s pro-Russian position and paid attention only to his comment, which they considered to be a quote from “the slogan of the Ukrainian right-wing Nazis.” The public administrator admitted his guilt.

The amount of the fine is not disclosed in the published text of the resolution.

In addition, Kuzmin was fined under the article of “discrediting” the army for several more comments on VKontakte, which he wrote in September 2022 to someone else’s post that the Russian authorities do not need a “short-term war”:

“If you got an atomic bomb, hit it, if you didn’t get it, look for a supplier,” “The main thing is not to be too pretentious,” “You have to steal and kill, it’s a shame to fight.”

How the examination interpreted Kuzmin’s words (fragment of the ruling)

The content of the comment “it is necessary to steal and kill, it is a shame to fight,” there is: a designation of participation in the SVO with a word that implies an aggressive attack by one country on another, including with aggressive goals, a negative assessment of participation in the SVO, contrasting participation in the SVO (and carrying out the SVO) with other types of socially condemned, criminal behavior.

“We must steal and kill” in the general context indicates that even these crimes are better (literally - they are not shameful or not as shameful) as participation in the “war”, i.e. SVO. Thus, the author of the commentary considers the participation/behavior of the Northern Military District as the commission of war crimes, i.e. it contains an expression of a sharply negative attitude towards the actions of the RF Armed Forces in the Northern Military District and accusing them of committing criminal acts, which is a manifestation of public verbal discrediting of the actions of the Russian Armed Forces in the Northern Military District in Ukraine.
