The applicant will need to conduct research and measurements “based on the methodology proposed by the person in charge,” speak at scientific events, and “creatively comprehend information about cutting-edge research in science.”
For 82 thousand rubles per month (without other incentive payments), the applicant will have to prepare several scientific publications.
This is the first known case of a public placement of an order for research into the biography of the namesakes of the Russian president or his ancestors.
The collection of applications from applicants will end on June 10.
