The Investigative Committee reported on the initiation of a criminal case after the beating of a 14-year-old girl in Moscow.
A criminal case was opened under the article of hooliganism (Article 213 of the Criminal Code). The names of the suspects are still unknown.
Last Tuesday, May 26, in the Moscow residential complex Salaryevo Park, two women attacked a 14-year-old girl from Buryatia.
As the parents of the minor said, she went to visit a friend. A woman noticed the child at a friend's house. As a result of the conflict, a 14-year-old girl was called “narrow-eyed” and demanded to “get out” of the entrance.
The minor tried to knock on her friend’s apartment, but her neighbors pinned her in a corner, hit her on the head with a scooter and pulled out her hair, the victim’s mother said.
Then one of the women took out a phone and cut the teenager’s eyebrow with it. This caused her to bleed, and her friend then called an ambulance. At the hospital, the girl was diagnosed with a concussion and received five stitches.
The victim's family later contacted one of the attackers. She called the incident an “accident” and apologized. According to her, she did not insult or beat the girl, although she tried to snatch the phone from her hands. The device allegedly bounced off onto the girl's forehead and injured her.
One of the attackers claims that the victim also hit her with a plastic spatula.
