The Deputy Minister of Justice said that only 4% of foreign agents included in the register in 2025 received funding from abroad, propagandist Sergei Markov was unable to challenge the fine, and courts in Moscow, Magadan, Yakutia, St. Petersburg and Tyumen continue to fine foreign agents for not reporting to the Ministry of Justice about their earnings and expenses.

• journalist Anna Mongait - the court decision with the details of the case has not yet been published;
• lawyer Vadim Prokhorov . The judge of the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow imposed two fines at once. Their exact amounts are hidden in the decisions;
• journalist Alesya Marokhovskaya . Judge Pikaleva of the Magadan City Court issued a ruling on sentencing. The details of the case and the specific punishment are unknown, but it is likely a fine;
• activist Raisa Zubareva - a fine of 40,000 rubles;
• Yakut human rights activist and leader of the “Yakutia - Our Opinion” project Stepan Petrov was found guilty of failing to provide a report on two identical administrative protocols. Judge of the Yakutsk City Court Alena Vasilyeva made a decision on this on June 1 in just 10 minutes. It took Vasilyeva another five minutes, according to the official schedule, to consider the protocol against the “Yakutia - Our Opinion” project. He was also found guilty of failure to provide reports to the Ministry of Justice.

On June 4, the Kalininsky District Court of St. Petersburg considered two protocols against the coordinator of the Civil Council project Denis Sokolov and two against the priest and former political prisoner Ioann Kurmoyarov. On the same day, a court in Tyumen considered the case against activist Ivan Vostrikov, and a day earlier in Samara - against publicist Mark Solonin . Propagandist Sergei Markov was unable to challenge a fine of 35,000 rubles for failing to report himself as a “foreign agent.” Moscow City Court Judge Yulia Pritula rejected his complaint.

Moscow City Court Judge Streltsova also refused to satisfy the complaint of journalist Roman Dobrokhotov . Both foreign agents were considered guilty of failing to provide financial reports to the Ministry of Justice.
