The Russian Ministry of Justice has updated the register of “foreign agents” and added four people to it:
Andreychuk said three days ago that a criminal case had been opened against him for failure to fulfill the duties of a “foreign agent” (Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code), although he had not yet been declared by them in a personal capacity. He explained that the “foreign agent” was the Golos observer movement - but on July 7, 2025, Andreychuk himself left Golos, and the organization ceased its activities.
The “Project,” after declaring its journalists “foreign agents,” provided a list of the most important investigations they did. These include materials about Vladimir Putin and Ramzan Kadyrov, as well as extensive research on the Russian elite and the president’s entourage. Both journalists are not in Russia.
Tatyana Frolova is a blogger who has a YouTube channel with 46 subscribers. According to the Ministry of Justice, she participated in the creation and distribution of “foreign agents” materials, opposed the Russian invasion of Ukraine, participated in “anti-Russian protests outside the Russian Federation” and collected money to assist Ukraine.
