In the St. Petersburg amusement park “Divo Ostrov”, located on Krestovsky Island, the “Oreshnik” attraction has appeared, the publication “Chronicles.Media” drew attention .
On the Divo Ostrov website, the news about the opening of the Oreshnik attraction is dated April 15. “You can experience the sensations of astronaut naturalists face-to-face as you soar to the skies beyond the Earth's atmosphere,” the description reads.
The attraction is a rocket painted in the colors of the Russian flag, on which people rise to the top using a platform with chairs, and then fall sharply down. A ride on it costs 500 rubles.
On the same days, SPIEF, an international economic forum, is taking place in St. Petersburg. At the Russia Today TV channel’s stand, guests were treated to a dessert called “Oreshnik” with condensed milk.
