The visual identity of this large-scale complex was created under the leadership of the legendary international architectural bureau Chapman Taylor. For the first time, both Swissôtel and Chapman Taylor are implementing their solutions on the Black Sea coast, presenting a distinctive architecture of three towers rising directly from the beach line.

The architectural concept is based on the image of the “Three Sails” - a dynamic silhouette that reflects the movement of the sea and provides panoramic, unobstructed views of the ocean from each apartment.
