Ukraine accused Russia of deliberately attacking a nuclear facility - the territory of the Centralized Storage Facility for Spent Nuclear Fuel in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. In this regard, the IAEA expressed deep concern and sent representatives to assess the consequences of the strike.
