The Ministry of Emergency Situations said that the fire on the territory of the Moscow refinery was completely extinguished.
“The fire on the territory of the Moscow oil Refinery has been completely eliminated. The situation at the MNPZ has been stabilized. The incident did not affect the functioning of the enterprise,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow reported.
Traffic in the Kapotnya district of Moscow, which was blocked after the UAV attack on the MNPZ, has been restored.
The Moscow Oil Refinery (MNPZ) is a key producer of fuel for the Moscow region, it belongs to Gazprom Neft PJSC.
