“Over the past 24 hours, the attack of enemy drones on Moscow has continued. One of the drones damaged the Moscow Refinery facility. There were no casualties. Emergency services are working at the scene of the incident,” said Sergei Sobyanin.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations stated that the fire on the territory of the Moscow Oil Refinery has been completely extinguished.


“The fire on the territory of the Moscow oil refinery has been completely extinguished. The situation at the Moscow Refinery has been stabilized. The incident did not affect the functioning of the enterprise,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow reported.
Traffic in the Moscow district of Kapotnya, which was blocked after a UAV attack on the Moscow Refinery, has been restored.
The Moscow Oil Refinery (MNPZ) is a key fuel producer for the Moscow region; it is owned by Gazprom Neft PJSC.
