A report was drawn up against an 18-year-old student from Nizhny Tagil on charges of promoting Nazism for ordering pizza at a local shopping center. The reason was the denunciation of the deputy of the regional legislative assembly Alexey Svalov, Sotavizhn drew attention .

“At Dodo Pizza, a young man made an order number 160 at 18:52. The name indicated: “Adolf Hitler.” All this happened in front of my friend, a member of the SVO. I can’t imagine with what strength he restrained himself from hitting his face on the table, but I think this is a very specific case for you,” Deputy Svalov wrote on June 15 and published photographs with a young man from a cafe.

According to Svalov, to the military man’s question: “What are you doing?”, the young man replied: “I am against the war, I don’t support it, this is my position.”

On June 16, Svalov reported that police department No. 16 of the Nizhny Tagil Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia stated that they would conduct an inspection, and thanked him “for the quick response and concern.”

The Ural Live telegram channel reported on June 17 that the student was detained. The young man from Svalov’s photo turned out to be a student at the Construction College, a future electrician named Timofey. He faces 15 days of arrest in an administrative case for promoting Nazism.

“He immediately repented of his actions, barely holding back tears, and apologized to everyone who, as they say, were touched by his actions. The unfortunate student said that he is not a Nazi or a Nazi fan. He motivated his vile act by the fact that he allegedly did not understand the meaning of the act.
