From September 1, transport universities in Russia will introduce a unified course on unmanned systems. - said the head of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation Andrei Nikitin

Nikitin said that the issue of personnel training in the changed reality is one of the department’s main priorities.

He also said that on the basis of the Russian University of Transport, “new specialties and educational programs in advanced fields are being developed”, which will be introduced into all “industry universities”:

“These are intelligent transport systems, digital technologies, artificial intelligence.”
