The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow sentenced 55-year-old Denis Razuvaev, the father of the former head of Rosmolodezh Ksenia Razuvaeva, to 6.5 years in a general regime colony, a Mediazona correspondent reports from the courtroom.
He was also fined 800 thousand rubles.
In May last year, the VChK-OGPU channel wrote about the case against Razuvaev, citing sources. It was clarified that the man was detained back in August 2024; he was accused of fraud on an especially large scale by a group of persons for “taking part in the theft of funds under the pretext of operating a charitable foundation.”
The second person involved was the head of the Civil Position fund for assistance to war participants in Ukraine , Alexander Dariev . He was assigned xx years. During the sentencing, it became known that in August 2025, the Lefortovo Court of Moscow had already sentenced him to 5.5 years. Based on the totality of the sentences, he was sentenced to 9 years in prison and a fine of 800 thousand rubles.
Judging by the material evidence listed by the judge—mainly documents from the Civil Position Foundation—the criminal case was related specifically to his work. Last year, the Ministry of Justice demanded its liquidation.
Also mentioned was a car that a victim from the self-proclaimed DPR donated to the fund, and Ksenia Razuvaeva’s mobile phone. They were returned to the owners.
The former head of Rosmolodezh herself was also present at the announcement of the verdict.
Razuvaeva left her post just in August 2024, when, according to the Cheka-OGPU, a case was opened against her father. At the same time, she resigned from the presidential councils on the implementation of state policy in the field of protecting families and children and on Cossack affairs. The Telegram channel wrote that searches in connection with the case also took place at her place.
Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, speaking today at the St. Petersburg International Law Forum, criticized the work of Rosmolodezh and mentioned a criminal case against the father of the “predecessor” of the current head of the organization, the Agency noted .
“A young girl, thirty years old, well, she just got caught in a scam, I won’t give her last name. Rosmolodezh is a scam. And before this, this girl’s dad was also caught for fraud. It is unclear why such an organization should be created. He receives money from the budget, but there’s no point,” said Bastrykin.
