The Tverskoy Court of Moscow fined two volunteers who were on duty at the scene of the murder of politician Boris Nemtsov on the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge. According to Sotavision , Viktor Kogan and Alexey Sokirko were fined four thousand rubles under a protocol of disobedience to the police.
According to the Nemtsov Most telegram channel, both activists were detained on the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge. The volunteers, according to the security forces, refused to enter the police service vehicle that arrived at the spontaneous memorial at the site of Nemtsov’s murder.
RusNews wrote that unknown persons wrote a denunciation against Kogan and Sokirko. After that, the police took photographs of the volunteers’ badges with Boris Nemtsov, and then took both of them to the Kitay-Gorod police station.
