The operational headquarters of the Murmansk region warned border residents about saboteurs and then deleted the post

On June 26, the operational headquarters of the Murmansk region called for “increased vigilance” of residents of the Kola, Kondor, Kandalash and Pechenga districts. All of them border on Finland, and Pechenga also borders on Norway.

“If you find suspicious persons or abandoned objects (bags, bags, boxes) outside populated areas (in forests, fields, roads, etc.), immediately call the police or the FSB,” officials demanded.

The headquarters stated that “cases of activity by foreign sabotage and reconnaissance groups have been established on Russian territory.” The department did not specify whether saboteurs were noticed in the Murmansk region itself, and an hour and a half later deleted the post.
