According to him, a fire started on the territory of an oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban. One death is known. Several houses, a power line and a gas pipe were also damaged in the city.
Slavyansk Oil Refinery is one of the largest oil refineries in Russia. It has been repeatedly attacked by drones before.
According to Kondratyev, debris from the drone also fell in the Trudobelikovsky farm – one person was injured and several private houses were damaged.
In Yaroslavl, due to a drone attack, traffic was blocked at the exit from Yaroslavl towards Moscow. As the BBC Russian Service writes , the Yaroslavl Oil Refinery is located there, which has been attacked by drones more than once. The restrictions were in effect for about an hour.
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky confirmed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Slavyansk oil refinery. According to him, an oil refinery in the Yaroslavl region, which is located approximately 700 kilometers from the border, was also attacked. “We continue our operations, which weaken Russia’s ability to wage this war,” Zelensky wrote.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of 213 Ukrainian drones overnight.
