The underground movement “Black Spark” claims to have infiltrated the production of drones in Alabuga and left “surprises” in the drones

Representatives of the underground movement “Black Spark” claim that they infiltrated the production of drones “Geran-2” and “Geran-3” (as drones assembled on the basis of “Shaheds” are called in the Russian army) in the special economic zone “Alabuga”.

For several months we worked inside that very “special economic zone”. They collected information from servers and quietly downloaded databases about everyone involved in the assembly of drones such as “Geranium-2” and “Geranium-3”.

We also worked at the company. During assembly, we loaded the latest batches of UAVs with surprises from Black Spark. When you try to launch these drones, they will explode. This will reduce the number of those directly involved in the launch of “Geraniums” in Ukrainian cities.

The Alabuga website was also hacked, Black Spark claims. As one of the evidence, a copy of the site saved in the web archive is given, on which a message from underground fighters about infiltration of the enterprise was posted. The hacking of the website was called a response to the involvement of 15-year-old teenagers in the assembly of drones in Alabuga.

• In the special economic zone (SEZ) “Alabuga” in Tatarstan, drones based on Iranian Shaheds have been assembled since 2023 - then they are used to attack Ukrainian cities. The SEZ includes the Alabuga Polytech College, which attracts students to assemble drones. In the spring of 2026, the Alabuga SEZ and the Alabuga Polytech College launched an advertisement in which teenagers talk about how they make money by assembling drones.
