Yabloko nominated its candidates for elections to the legislative assemblies of four regions and the State Duma

A congress of the Yabloko party was held in Moscow, at which delegates nominated candidates for deputies to the State Duma and regional parliaments. Detailed information was published in the telegram channel broadcasting the party congress.

🔸The list of candidates for deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk region from Yabloko was headed by : Yekaterinburg City Duma deputy Konstantin Kiselyov, former City Duma deputy Alexey Kholodarev and engineer Tatyana Gorshkaleva. In total, the party nominated 68 candidates in 25 regional groups and 23 candidates in single-mandate constituencies.

🔸The candidates for the Legislative Assembly of Karelia were : Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Health and Social Policy in the Legislative Assembly Inna Boluchevskaya, deputy of the Petrozavodsk City Council Olga Tuzhikova and assistant lawyer Anna Pavlova. Yabloko also nominated 15 candidates in regional groups and 15 candidates in single-mandate constituencies.

🔸Entrepreneur and blogger Anton Gendrikson, who covers the city problems of Kaliningrad, was nominated to the Legislative Assembly of the Kaliningrad Region . The list also included the head of the Yabloko Analytical Center Ivan Bolshakov and a member of the regional Chamber of Lawyers Roman Morozov.

🔸Documentary director and philologist Grigory Grishin topped the list of candidates for deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region . The party nominated 19 more candidates as part of regional groups.

In total, Yabloko nominated 275 candidates on the federal list and 137 candidates on single-mandate constituencies. The federal part of the list of candidates for the State Duma included, among others, Yaroslav Shcherbakov from Chelyabinsk , assistant to the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Pskov region Yana Ivanova, and Tatyana Schneider from the Omsk region .

🔶The Yabloko party stands for strengthening democratic institutions, competition in politics and strengthening citizens' control over government. One of Yabloko's goals is to end the war in Ukraine. In recent months, more than ten party activists have been arrested or fined under the article for displaying prohibited symbols, which is why they lost the right to participate in the elections.
