Police in Irkutsk reported the detention of four people within 24 hours on suspicion of resale of fuel from a gas station at an inflated price. According to the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in one of the cases the trade was carried out near a gas station, in another three - via the Internet.
Protocols on illegal entrepreneurship were drawn up against all four people. The police press service provides details of only one arrest: a 20-year-old Irkutsk resident posted an advertisement online for the sale of fuel at a price of 250 rubles per liter, the security forces responded to it, arrived at the agreed place, where they met the man. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs accompanied the announcement of the arrest with photographs of dozens of canisters.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs clarifies that the detainees also face liability under another administrative article - for failure to comply with the high alert regime. The day before, the governor of the Irkutsk region, Igor Kobzev, introduced this regime, and also set a limit on refueling at 50 liters per car. Pouring fuel into cans is prohibited in the region.
