Police in the Irkutsk region drew up four reports on local residents who tried to resell gasoline at inflated prices, the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
The protocols were drawn up under the administrative article on carrying out business activities without state registration or without special permission (14.1 of the Administrative Code). In three cases, gasoline was sold on the Internet, and in another, near a gas station.
One of the violators, a 20-year-old local resident, posted an advertisement on an online platform for the sale of fuel at a price of 250 rubles per liter, the Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified. Following the announcement, operatives arrived at the “deal.” Police did not provide details about the other three cases.
