Tonight the anniversary evening of the famous ballerina and choreographer Natalia Dmitrievna Kasatkina will take place on the New Stage of the Bolshoi Theater. For several generations of ballet lovers, she is a legend whose age does not matter. Fans of her work will once again be able to see The Rite of Spring, the famous production by Kasatkina and her husband Vladimir Vasilyov, created for the Bolshoi Theater in 1965, as well as excerpts from the theater’s new ballets. Soloists of leading theaters - the Bolshoi, Mariinsky and others - will present their congratulation performances. And one more thing. In honor of the prima's anniversary, until July 30, a ballet festival will be held on the stage of the New Opera Theater, during which the best productions of the State Academic Theater of Classical Ballet will be shown. Kasatkina and Vasilev have been heading this theater for almost forty years. Teatralnaya Square, 1. Beginning at 19.00
