President Trump and his “right hand” Ilon Musk surprised, outraged, enraged, sometimes one at once, sometimes both at once.

In Russia, the actions and statements of Trump and the mask were adopted very favorably, and now, by political talk shows, they tell how we will be friends with America and jointly develop rare-earth metals at deposits in the Russian Federation. It seems that even Musk was going to fly to Russia in the near future, and Trump to visit the Victory Parade on May 9.

In general, the word “rare earth” (in chemistry a group of 17 metals, relatively rarely found in the earth's crust and valuable for industry), became without exaggeration in the word of the month. At first, the United States wanted to conclude an agreement with Ukraine for the right to conduct the extraction of these elements in the country, then the Russian Federation decided that it was not worth staying aloof and, in turn, proposed its rare lands.

Against the backdrop of such a warming of relations, the dollar rate (up to about 86-88 rubles) fell, multiple rumors appeared about the return of the departed Western companies to the Russian Federation, even someone called them and invited them back (but this is not accurately). Some gloatingly stated that not everything is so simple, companies should ask / apologize / pay fines well to return. The question remained open, do Western companies know that they want to return?
