The Kemerovo shopping center "Winter Cherry" caught fire on March 25. A criminal case was instituted, on which seven suspects were arrested - shopping center employees and one official. According to the Ministry of Emergencies and SK, 64 people died in the fire, mostly children, but in the first days after the tragedy many residents did not believe this data.

Samizdat continues to tell those very stories. As part of a large study, “Prison” by Yaroslav Borut, a twenty -five -year -old reader of Samizdat from Kyiv, wrote a text for “Butenka” about how he, then a student of the law faculty, fell into practice in Ukrainian internal affairs bodies.
