As a trip to Cambodia on February 14, I almost turned around a disaster
One of the largest genocides in the history of mankind occurred in Cambodia - from 1975 to 1979, the red Khmer regime destroyed up to three million people. The enemies of the regime were pulled out their nails, scored with hoe, hammers, axes and pointed bamboo sticks, wrapped with wire and drowned, fed crocodiles, broke the skulls from shovels, and dripped massively. Books, English and people with glasses were banned in the country; Today, tourists are accepted here.
