17-year-old Arseny Turbin is called one of the youngest political prisoners in Russia. For two years now he has been serving a sentence under the article on “participation in the activities of a terrorist organization.” Recently, another criminal case was opened against the young man - for participation in mass riots. The student’s mother, Irina Turbina, told Bereg about her sudden dismissal from work and the provocations her son faced in the colony before the emergence of a new criminal case.

- Where are you coming from and where are you going? — We drove from Novosibirsk, where we flew on business and to visit friends, to Vladivostok to pick up the car we bought. They took her and went on a journey throughout Russia. First, we will stop by Novosibirsk again, and then we have a trip planned to the Altai Mountains, Kazan, Moscow and from there home to St. Petersburg. We decided to arrange a vacation for ourselves, to relax. Or rather, we thought that we would rest.
