The state system of Russian culture rests on many inconspicuous workers, most of whom are women. They “ bring paints and brushes, serve as museums, remove the room for the exhibition, prepare food, fill out strict reporting forms, fake people and animals attendance statistics, work in accounting, go to prison in case of waste”, and so replace each other for her forth.

Once, working in a cemetery, the artist Nikita Pozdnyakov twisted a portrait of Castaneda instead of a photograph on an abandoned grave and posted a photo on the network. The next day, television channels gathered in the cemetery, dozens of resources wrote about the “mysterious” grave, pilgrims pulled to it.
