D.R. There are manuscripts - the editorial offices are simply overwhelmed with them. But they often end up in print not for the quality of the text, but for the size of the author’s audience, marketing potential and circulation. The independent St. Petersburg publishing house “Fiction” is trying to exist outside of this logic - to print texts that do not pass through industrial filters, and to work with authors who are not allowed to enter the “big” market.
