The Court supported the recruitment office in sending a large resident of Dagestan to war with Ukraine
Despite the delay in service due to the presence of three minor children, Ramaz Magomedov, a resident of Derbent, is being held in Ukraine. He was mobilized in November 2022 and sent to the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhya region. The Magomedov Military Command reported that his conscription was carried out in accordance with the law. The Civil Court accepted this decision.

Court in the case of Abdulmumin Hajiyev again refused to exclude confessions extracted under torture
The Southern Military Court in Rostov-on-Don will not exclude from the case file the confession of the accused to the head of the charity fund «Ansar» Abubakar Rizvanov, which he gave under torture. Another person, Kemal Tambiyev, had previously petitioned to have his testimony removed from the list of evidence because they had been evicted during the torture. He was also refused.

Georgia celebrates anniversary of independence
