The court of appeal in criminal cases of the Supreme Court of Ingushetia left unchanged the decision of the Magasian district court on the extension of the arrest of the former head of the capital of the region Usman Aushev. He will remain in jail until March 17. Usman Aushev is suspected of excess of official powers. He was the head of Magas from June 2020 to February 2023. In May 2024, Aushev was put on the wanted list, in September - they detained and arrested.

In the future Constitution of Armenia, they will focus on human rights, including socio-economic ones.
