Four Crimean Tatar women were arrested for two months
The Kiev District Court of Simferopol placed four Crimean Tatar women in custody for two months: Esma Nimetulaeva, Elviza Alieva, Nasiba Saidova and Fevziye Osmanova. The meeting was held behind closed doors, and access for support was limited. The women were detained on October 15 on charges of connections with the Hizb ut-Tahrir party, banned in Russia. Nimetulayeva was charged with organizing the activities of a terrorist organization, the others were charged with participation.
