On the night of February 2, Russia shelled Kramatorsk
The Russian military shelled Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region for the second time in a day on February 1 and 2. One of the missiles destroyed two entrances of a residential building. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, as a result of the shelling, 3 people were killed, another 20 were injured, of which eight were hospitalized. At the same time, the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations reports 18 wounded.

Police officers responsible for the death of a detainee were arrested in Nizhny Tagil
On January 29, from the duty station of OP-17 in Nizhny Tagil, a message was received about the discovery of the corpse of Sergei Shamrin, who had previously been detained by police, with signs of violent death.
